I have to say having read some feedback I was dubious - but got confirmation of the booking with taxi firm details a week before - and Phoenix Taxi’s we’re very helpful with pre collection information- had a call back to confirm what I’d confirmed and taxi drive called prior to arrival - lovely safe, smooth, timely journey - really would recommend "
