"L'aereo ha avuto un'ora di ritardo, poi ci è stato indicato di recarci al pick on point, all'esterno dell'aeroporto, dove abbiamo atteso mezz'ora al freddo prima che arrivasse l'autista. A fine corsa ci è stato chiesto di pagare in contanti una penale di £ 10, per il ritardo dell'aereo. Per fortuna l'autista è stato gentile e comunque siamo arrivati in hotel."
